Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Blanch two c of tightly packed sweet bail leaves in boling water for about 10 seconds. Then put in ice bath. Swish until cold and remove and gently squeeze water. Then roughly chop them and put in a blender/food processor and add 1 c cold olive oil and Kosher salt. Blend until pureed, will be frothy. Let settle for 30 seconds. Strain through cheese cloth. Use immeditaly and will stay for up to a week. Keep in refridg. Let come to room temperature for best flavor. Can use it to toss with green beans and salt, or drizzle over bread.
