Step 1
mix 8 oz jar Dijon mustard, ¼ c olive oil, 2 tbsp dry red wine, 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 1 tsp dried bail, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp dried thyme and ¼ tsp black pepper. Use half of this for marinade, from 8-24 hours. Use the rest as dipping sauce after chicken is grilled and heat it up. This is good for up to 4 lbs chicken.
