Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 med slices onion; chopped very small
- 6 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp flour
- 3 cups cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp Worchestshire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb lobster

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sauté stock and onion for 5-7 minutes
2. Remove ½ of the onions
3. Melt butter and whisk flour into a roux
4. Add remaining ingredients
5. Heat well- do not boil
