Dirt Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (15.5 oz) Oreos
• 8 oz cream cheese; softened
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups milk
• 2 pkgs instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz each)
• 1 carton frozen whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crush cookies
2. Divide the crumbs in half
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy
4. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick)
5. Fold in whipped topping
6. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture until blended
7. Add filling to serving dish. Cover with crushed Oreos.
8. Refrigerate until chilled
