Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 1 small instant pudding pistachio
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 large eggs
• 2 handfuls of chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup sugar (non-melting sugar for topping)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat everything except sugar together on low until well mixed
2. Pour into 9x13 pan
3. Top with sugar
4. Bake about 20-30 min or until toothpick comes out dry
