- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup ICE COLD water

1. Sift flour into bowl
2. Add seasonings
3. Make hole/well in flour
4. Add water and oil into well
5. Mix
6. Roll a small portion into a rope
7. Cup on a diagonal; about 1 inch pieces
8. Bake at 400*F for 25 minutes
