Giant Cookie Cake

Ingredients

• 12 tbsp butter; melted
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 325*F
2. Line a 12 inch pan with parchment paper
3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar
4. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract
5. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking soda
6. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
7. Fold in mini chocolate chips
8. Press dough evenly into prepared pan
9. Bake for 12 minutes
