  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1-2 tsp sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 8 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Parmersan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of olive oil


Servings 6


Step 1

Break up one head of iceberg lettuce and chop one medium red onion. You may also chop/dice two large tomatoes along with hot peppers to taste. Mix all listed ingredients for the dressing and add to the lettuce prior to serving. Serve immediately
