Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chickpea flour
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup nooch
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- lots of black pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- pinch turmeric
- veggies - bell pepper, scallions, jalapeño, corn

mix all dry ingredients
add water
add veggies
spray muffin pan with oil
add batter
bake 375 30-40 minutes
