Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, very ripe
- 1 Traditional pie crust or tart shell crust recipe
- 1 Vanilla cream pie filling recipe
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
1) Cut 2 bananas into 1/4" thick slices and mix into cooled vanilla cream pie filling.
2) Spread into cooled prebaked traditional pie crust or tart shell crust. Pipe whipped cream topping around outer rim of pie and chill until very cold.
WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
1) Combine heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract in large bowl of electric mixer; beat until stiff peaks form. Use pastry bag to pipe sweetened heavy cream aroung edges of pie.
