Hash Brown Casserole
Cracker Barrel style potatoes. I “created” this recipe from several I found on the food.com website. I made it the first time for Grandma Behr's 103rd Birthday (2014) and it turned out real good.

Ingredients
- 30 oz shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 small onion chopped or diced
- 4 T butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 lb Colby or Colby/Jack cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook onions in butter until soft
If you put the ingredients in a glass casserole – you don't need to grease it
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed
Place in a 13”x9” casserole dish
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until bubbly
