Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Spelt flour
- 1/3 cup organic sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 Tbsp applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1-1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 mashed banana

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
I an large bowl stir flours,sugar,bp,cinnamon, and salt together
In a small bowl combine milk, applesauce, vanilla and egg
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and liquids
Sir until just moist. Fold in blueberries
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 18-20 min until golden
Cool on rack
