Ingredients

  • 3-4 peaches
  • unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 c milk
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 TBS flour
  • few grains salt
  • few drops almond extract (ifdesired)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel peaches cut them in half
2. Arranges peaches in unbaked pie shell, cut side up.
3. In a bowl beat eggs, add milk, stir in sugar and flour mix together and then add almond extract.
4. Pour over peaches in unbaked pie shell.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 400'. Then reduce teperate to 325' continue to bake for another 30-40 minutes.
