Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can or 16 oz Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese soup
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 pkg 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup of Milk

Preparation

Step 1




Melt butter and cream cheese in stock pot. Once melted add the chicken broth and 1/2 cup of water. Then add the potatoes and onion. Cook until potatoes are tender. Then add the cream of chicken soup, the cheddar soup, and milk. Stir well and cook about 5 more minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. When you dip it into you bowl add some shredded cheddar and bacon bits.
