  • 12 cups half and half
  • 24 ounces chocolate chips
  • 36 yolks eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbs vanilla

Step 1

Heat the half and half to almost boiling. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Beat yolks, slowly add sugar and salt. Stir yolks into chocolate then add hot milk and vanilla. Pour into cups in water bath 30-60 minutes. 300 bake until custard is firm, refrigerate.
