Step 1
melt 1 stick chilled butter, then add 1 large minced shallot, ½ c balsamic vinegar, 2 large sprigs fresh rosemary and 2 tbsp orange juice. Simmer for six minutes. I tried this on 06/08 and it was very good. In future use less butter and leave rosemary on “twigs” and remove before putting sauce on steak. I had it on steak and it was very, very good
