Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts Bone/Skinless, Washed, Cut Bite Size
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1/2 t Black Pepper
- 2 T Canola Oil
- 1 C Soy Sauce
- 6 T Rice Wine Vinegar
- 6 T Ketchup
- 3 T Brown Sugar
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 t Fresh Ginger Minced
- Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 C Cashews UnSalted
- Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Large Plastic Bag Add Flour, Black Pepper & Chicken. Shake to Coat.
Large Skillet Medium Heat with Oil, Brown Chicken Until Cooked.
Medium Bowl Add Soy, Vinegar, Ketchup, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger & Red Pepper Mix Well.
Crock Pot on Low Heat Add Chicken & Mixture. Cook 1-2 Hours Until Warm & Blended. About 1/2 Hour Before End Add Cashews. DO NOT ALLOW MIXTURE TO DRY.
Serve Over White Rice, Garnish with Sesame Seeds.
