Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 4 kielbasa type sausage, sliced
- 16 ounces frozen corn
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 medium bell peppers, diced
- 1 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Tony Cachere's Creole seasoning
- 4 tablespoons oil

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken and sausage in 2 tablespoons oil with creole seasoning.
In another large pot, cook corn, onion and bell pepper in 2 tablespoons oil until tender.
Mix meat with vegetable mixture and continue to cook. Add black beans and tomatoes and coninue to cook until warm.
May be served by itself or over rice.
