- 1 1/2 litre stock
- or
- 1 C quinoa
- 1 1/2 C liquid stock

Step 1
Put butter into Thermomix
80 degrees and sweat mince onion for 5 - 10 minutes
Raise temp to 100 degrees when you add quinoa and stock with BUTTERFLY MIX 10 MINUTES
IT IS COOKED WHEN THE WHITE DOT ON GRAIN DISAPPEARS
