Ingredients
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (1 pound) can pumpkin
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 1/2 t. cloves
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 T. butter

Step 1
Combine flour, oats and 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup butter in bowl. Mix till crumbly, using electric ixer on low speed. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt and spices in bowl. Beat well. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Combine pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 T butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Return to oven and bake 15 - 20 minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan. Cut into 2-inch squares.
