in a large 3 qt bowl or dish layer 1 lb torn romaine lettuce, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped medium onion, 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas, 1 ½ c mayo and 2 c (8 oz) cheddar cheese. Refridgerate overnight. Just before serving top with 1 can (4 ¼ oz) tiny shrimp (rinsed and drained), 4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled, 1 medium tomato cut into wedges and 3 hard boiled eggs cut into wedges. Then top with paparika and minced fresh parsley
