Step 1
use stem on maraschino cherries, drain the well and pat dry with paper towel. Then use double boiler and heat up white and milk chocolate (separately) and add a little cream. Dip and let dry on parchment or wax paper. We tried these on 09/23/2008 and all four of us loved them. We all liked the white chocolate better. It will take quite a while for them to dry all the way.
