FROZEN CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

1 ½ c graham cracker crumbs, 5 tbsp sugar, 1/3 c butter melted, ½ c plus 4 tsp semisweet choc chips, 5 tbls milk, 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese (softened, 3 ½ c whipped topping. In a bowl, combine cracker crumbs and 3 tbsp sugar. Stir in butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 in pie plate. Refrigerate for 30 min. In a micro safe bowl combine ½ c chocolate chips and 2 tbls milk. Micro uncovered for 1-2 minutes. Stir to blend and set aside. In another bowl beat cream cheese and remaining sugar. Stir in chocolate mixture and remaining milk, beat until smooth. Set aside ½ c whipped topping for garnish. Fold remaining whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 4 hours. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and remaining chocolate.
