  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1/2 gallon apple juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups Everclear alcohol

Step 1

Heat first 3 ingredients to dissolve sugar. Add Everclear, cinnamon sticks. Pour into glass bottles. Makes 2 1/5 gallon
