Ingredients

  • 1 pound butter, softened
  • 6 cloves roasted garlic (in 1/4 cup olive oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt t.t.
  • 1 pinch pepper t.t.

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the roasted garlic in the olive oil.

Whip butter then add the mashed roasted garlic, the minced garlic and continue to whip for about a minute. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and continue to whip another two minutes or so. Finally, add the parsley and whip until the mixture is light snd fluffy.

Store wrapped well in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
