Frozen Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 10 oz package frozen strawberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg white
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Beat strawberries, sugar, egg and juice for 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened.

In chilled bowl, beat cream cheese until stiff, fold in strawberry mix. Pour into 8x8 pan. Cover and freeze until firm. Top with cool whip.
