Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Karo dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 or 3 cloves of garlic (pressed)
  • 2 ? Tab. spoons corn starch
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Step 1

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Mix corn starch and vinegar, add to mix and bring to boil.

Better: if marinade overnight
