Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 1/4 oz) sliced peaches
- 1 stick (4oz) unsalted butter plus 2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain peaches, reserving syrup for sauce.
2. Caramel sauce:
Combine 1 stick butter, brown sugar, reserved syrup, and evaporated milk in pan
Cook over medium heat until syrupy, about 5 minutes; set aside
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
4. Use softened butter to grease 9x13 pan. Pur caramel sauce in pan and arrange peaches over bottom; sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans
5. Prepare cake mix according to package; pour over fruit.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
7. Cool completely before unmolding.
8. Once cool, turn upside down on serving tray.
9. Serve with ice cream and more peaches if desires.
10. Refrigerate leftovers.
