  • 1 French baguette or Italian loaf
  • dash olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • dash of dried oregano
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut bread lengthwise. Brush each cut side with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, oregano and pepper and dot with butter. Wrap in foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and cut into 2 inch pieces. Serve warm.
