Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small pan over medium heat; remove from heat and stir in 3 Tbsp lemon juice, 4 cloves of garlic, minced, and 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or oregano. Makes about 1/2 cup.
