Step 1

In a sauce pan cook 1 ½ c frozen peas and carrots, 1 c cubed cooked chicken, 1 c diced potatoes, ¼ c milk, ½ tsp thyme, and 1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of chicken soup. Cook until heated through then add to four ramikins and top with one slice from a 4 oz can refriedgerated crescent rolls and top them with egg wash. Cook in a preheated 400 degree oven for 11-13 minutes. We tried this on 12/2/09 and Kyle did not like it at all, Ryan started to like it then changed his mind. Jackie liked it. I loved it. Also healthy as very low fat and I used 98% fat free soup. No oil or butter.
