MARSALA CHICKEN (OR STEAK)

cook steak or chicken in pan on stove. When done, keep warm and add garlic, capers and Marsala wine and cook way down. I tried this on 1/6/09and although it was not bad, I could not really taste the sauce. I had it on steak. I made the chicken for Jackie and I pounded it somewhat thin and it cooked very fast. Jackie really liked the sauce. I could not taste the capers at all so not sure if I really need to add them. Jackie also said the only thing she thought the sauce needed was salt.
