mix couple tbsp flour with 1 tsp poultry seasoning and 1 tsp garlic powder. Then mix two egg whites. Just chicken breast in flour mix, then egg whites, then press in chopped hazelnuts. The cook in hot pan about two minutes each side then finish cooking in the oven, about 8 minutes on 325. To make sauce warm 1 c whole milk over medium heat and then add ½ c Gorgonzola cheese and 2 tbsp chopped sage and simmer 5 minutes. We tried this on 12/08. Jackie and I really liked it. Kids thought it was ok and they did not have sauce. The sauce was a little plain, I used honey BBQ peanuts crushed instead of hazelnuts. The crust also burned but it heated up fine in oven so try to not burn crust and it should heat up fine in oven.
