Step 1

mix in food processor ¾ c Asiago or Parmesan cheese and ½ c seasoned bread crumbs. Then take chicken and dredge in flour, then egg wash with one egg and 2 tsp water mixed, then cheese mixture. Then pan fry in olive oil. We tried this on 5/25/2008, the kids liked it, Jackie was at work, it was very good.
