Step 1

take chicken cutlet and mash with mallet to about ½ inch thick. Then put cutlets in a plastic bag and then mix one egg and 1/3 cup buttermilk and put that in the plastic bag and marinate for 10 minutes. Then mix 1 cup chicken stuffing mix with ½ cup chopped peacans and press mixture into each cutlet. Then heat over medium heat, heat oil and when hot put cutlets in the pan and cook 7-8 minutes and last two minutes cover pan. I tried it on 12-19 and this one is very good.
