CHICKEN STIR FRY

1 tbsp olive oil, 4oz onion, 1 lb chicken (thinly sliced), 4oz broccoli, 4oz cauliflower, 4oz green beans. Saute onions is oil until slightly brown. Then add meat. When meat is almost cooked, add a small amount of water and add vegetables. Cover for one minute. Remove cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
