Ingredients
- 2/3 C juice plus 1 tsp grated zest
- from 2 oranges
- 1 sm. shallot, minced (abt. 1 TBL)
- 1-2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce,
- minced (1-2 TBL)
- 2 tsp minced fresh thyme leaves
- 1 TBL light molasses
- 3/4 tsp cornstarch
- table salt

Step 1
combine juice, zest, shallot, chile & thyme in sm. saucepan
whisk in molasses & cornstarch
simmer mix. over med heat until thickened - abt. 5 min
season w/ salt
reserve 1/2 of glaze for serving
use other 1/2 for brushing on chicken
