  • 1 C brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C quick oats
  • 1/2 C chopped pecans
  • 1 C coconut

cream marg, sugar, egg & vanilla
mix in dry ingredients
add remaining ingredients
drop from tsp & flatten w/ back of spoon

bake @325 for 12-15 min
