Ingredients
- 2 pounds cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) can fire-roasted tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green peppers
- 1 (7 oz.) can green chiles
- 1/2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
2. Place cubed cheese in your slow cooker and cover with browned beef.
3. Pour tomatoes and chiles over the beef, then stir everything together.
4. Turn slow cooker on HIGH and cook for 2 hours, stirring every once in a while, or until cheese is melted and creamy.
5. During the last 30 minutes, stir in cream cheese. Wait until melted and smooth, then turn slow cooker on LOW and serve warm with tortilla chips.
