Ingredients
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425*.
Combine all ingredients except pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350*. Bake 35-40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
