Ingredients
- 3 C frozen loose-pack shredded
- hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 C butter or marg, melted
- 1 C diced fully cooked ham
- 1 C (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 C diced green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
press hash browns btw paper towel to remove excess moisture
press into bottom & up sides of ungreased 9" pie plate
drizzle w/ butter
bake @425 for 25 min
combine ham, cheese & grn. pepper
spoon over crust
in sm. bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper
pour over all
reduce heat to 250
bake for 25-30 min or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
allow to stand for 10 min before cutting
