Ingredients

  • 1 3oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 4 T diced green chilies
  • 1 8oz can chili & beans
  • 1/3 C chopped celery
  • 1/3 C crushed corn chips
  • 3/4 C cottage cheese
  • 4 TBL minced green onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3 1/4 can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 C corn chips
  • 3/4 C grated sharp cheddar

Step 1


1 3oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 C cour cream
4 T diced green chilies
1 8oz can chili & beans
1/3 C chopped celery
1/3 C crushed corn chips
3/4 C cottage cheese
4 TBL minced green onions
1/4 tsp salt
1 3 1/4 can sliced ripe olives
2 C corn chips
3/4 C grated sharp cheddar

Instructions:
microwave cream cheese 45 sec. on full power to soften
blend w/ cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, green chilies & salt
mix well

combine chili & beans w/ olives & celery

layer in 1-qt casserole in order:
1 C corn chips, cheese mixture, 1 C corn chips, chili-olive mixture
sprinkle w/ crushed chips

microwave on full power for 5 min.
sprinkle w/ grated cheddar & microwave on full power 1-2 min or until
cheese melts
