Ingredients
- 1 lb lean grd. beef
- 1 can (16oz) refried beqans
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp grd. cumin
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 jar (16oz) salsa
- 2 C water
- 2 C (16oz) sour cream
- 1 can (2 1/4oz) sliced ripe olives,
- drained
- 1 C (4oz) shredded mexican cheese
- blend
- 1/2 C thinly sliced green onions

Preparation
Step 1
in nonstick skillet, cook beef over med heat until no longer pink - drain
add refried beans, oregano, cumin & garlic powder
heat through
place 3 noodles in 13"X9" baking dish coated w/ cooking spray
cover w/ 1/2 of meat mix
repeat layers
top w/ remaining noodles
combine salsa & water
pour over noodles
cover & bake @350 for 60-70 min or until noodles are tender
spread w/ sour cream
sprinkle w/ olives, cheese & onions
