Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (15 1/4oz) whole kernel corn
- drained
- 1 can (14 3/4oz) cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 C cornmeal
- 1 1/3 C buttermilk
- 1 C butter
- 2 cans (4oz each) chopped green
- chilies
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 C (12oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- -divided

Preparation
Step 1
beat eggs in lg. bowl
add next 8 ingredients & mix well
stir in 2 C cheese
pour into greased 13X9X2" baking dish
bake, uncovered @325 for 1 hr.
top w/ remaining cheese
let stand for 15 min before serving
