Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 bone-in pork loin chops (7oz each)
• 1 TBL maple syrup
• 1 1/2 tsp butter, melted
• 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard

Preparation

Step 1

combine 1st 5 ingredients
rub over pork chops
place in greased 11"X7" baking dish
bake, uncovered @435 for 20 min

combine remaining ingredients
pour over chops
bake 5 min longer or until juices run clear
