Ingredients
- 1 LB ground chuck
- 1 1/2 TBL minced garlic
- 3 C shredded mozzarella cheese,
- divided
- 1 C cottage cheese
- 1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 12 manicotti noodles, cooked
- according to pkg directions
- 1 (26oz) jar traditional tomato sauce
- (Ragu)
- dried oregano

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 350
spray 13X9" baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray
in lg. skillet, combine ground chuck & garlic
cook over med-high heat until meat is browned & crumbly
drain
in lg. bowl, combine meat mixture, 2 C mozzarella, cottage cheese & cream cheese, mixing well
fill each manicotti noodle w/ beef mixture
place filled noodles in prepared baking dish
pour tomato sauce evenly over noodles
top w/ remaining 1 C mozzarella
cover w/ foil
bake 30 min
remove foil & bake 10 min longer or until browned & bubbly
garnish w/ dried oregano
