Lemon Vinigrette Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
• 3/4 C lemon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

whisk together lemon juice, mustard, sea salt & 1/4 tsp pepper until
salt has dissolved
add oil in slow steam, whisking until emulsified
