Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C fresh bread crumbs
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
- 6 TBL grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 C shopped fresh thyme or
- 1 TBL dried thyme
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 TBL butter or marg, melted,
- divided
- 1 salmon fillet (1-4LBS)

Preparation
Step 1
in bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme, lemon
peel & salt - mix well
add 4 TBL butter & toss lightly to coat - set aside
pat salmon dry
place skin side down in greased baking dish
brush w/ remaining butter
cover w/ crumb mixture
bake @350 for 20-25 min or until salmon flakes easily w/ fork
