Ingredients

1 pkg yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 C salad oil
3/4 C water
1 pkg lemon flavored gelatin
2 C sifted powdered sugar
juice & rind of 2 lemons

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350
combine 1st 5 ingredients & beat for 4 min
pour into greased 9 X 13" cake pan
bake 35-40 min
remove cake from oven & punch holes in it over-all w/ fork
pour lemon icing over top of cake while still hot

LEMON ICING
combine & stir until well blended
