Ingredients
- 10 C torn romaine
- 4 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 can (14oz) water-packed artichoke
- hearts, rinsed, drained, quartered
- 1 can (2 1/2oz) sliced ripe olives,
- drained
- 3 TBL water
- 3 TBL lemon juice
- 3 TBL olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 1/3 C shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
10 C torn romaine
4 plum tomatoes, sliced
1 can (14oz) water-packed artichoke
hearts, rinsed, drained, quartered
1 can (2 1/2oz) sliced ripe olives,
drained
3 TBL water
3 TBL lemon juice
3 TBL olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coarsely ground pepper
1/3 C shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions:
in lg. salad bowl, combine 1st 4 ingred.
in jar w/ tight-fitting lid, combine rest ingred, except parmesan
shake well
pour over salad
toss to coat
sprinkle w/ cheese
